Architectural Description
This was a tower of regular proportions serving as a small defensive outpost against frequent incursions (fig. D.10). It has currently reduced its appearance as an isolated tower following the construction of a residential building (M5), which took place between the second half of the nineteenth and the beginning of the twentieth century.
The tower, which develops on a rectangular plan, has a large arch buffered on the internal front, a slit, a shoe base and traces of a probable housing of the roof frame before the obvious elevation on the external front, an opening buffered on the east side front which presumably led to the path on the disappeared walkway of the adjacent walls. There are also traces of scattered plaster and a gabled roof.
