STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
A wonderful village situated at the top of one of the gentle hills which follow one another in the heart of the Crete Senesi. From every corner of the building there are views that take one’s breath away. Two of these buildings are divided into 8 wide apartments and all of them have an independent entrance and a private external space furnished with table and chairs for outdoors eating. The inside of each apartment is very comfortable: the fired-brick floor, the decorative wooden beams and the furniture in Tuscan style, match with modern kitchens and the bathroom. The apartments are provided with a washing machine and a satellite TV ,air conditioner (in the first floor apartments). On the inside of an old hut, it has been created an indoor swimming pool with an hydro massage bath. Two of the building’s walls and a side of the roof are covered by glass walls which can be completely opened during the summer. Thanks to the possibility to warm up the water, the swimming pool can be enjoyable all the year round. The swimming pool is opened in high and in-between season and closed in low season. It is heated in winter. Dinners on request are available only for groups of at least 10 people. Apartment’s heating according to its consumption, payment “in loco”.
